The 4th focus group discussion took place at ”Bari Tnak”on the topic of child abandonment

On September 12, the 4th focus group discussion took place at the ”Bari Tnak” Inclusive Center with the participation of the staff of maternity hospitals, hospitals as well as parents of children with disabilities.

Discussions help to understand the issues of child abandonment, how to assess the situation and take further steps to overcome them.

All this has become possible within the framework of the memorandum signed by the Ministries of Health, Labor and Social Affairs of the Republic of Armenia and ”Bari Mama” NGO as well as within the framework of the project ″Skill Development and raising of public awareness on preventing child abandonment due to disability″ funded by UNICEF.
